- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, trimmed and halved
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1-1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups cold water
- Place strawberries and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. If desired, remove seeds using a sieve.
- In a large pitcher, stir strawberry puree, the rest of the lemon juice, 1 cup sugar and the water until sugar is dissolved. Taste and add more sugar if desired.
