POWER RECLINER WARRANTY AND REPAIR

• To uphold the quality in our products, we offer a 3-year warranty on power recliner electrical faceplates, power lines and motors.
• We will provide free replacements for those parts within the warranty period, those parts are available for purchase outside the warranty period. The warranty start date may vary, contact our customer care to learn more.
• We are happy to provide a video and detailed instructions to help replace the parts. We recommend contacting a repair professional if you need assistance. Express delivery for replacement parts is available for an additional fee.

We also put our anti-tip kits through multiple tests to ensure they will safely support and secure your new furniture in your home.

We stand by each product and test in our name for accountability. We use accredited 3rd party labs nominated and regulated by the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission). Our partners test everything in the box, including labels, packaging and materials to ensure product safety compliance.
