Note on P.O. box deliveries: Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from our vendors cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
For an extra charge of $17.50 per address, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 6 pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 6 pm through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.) Please note that the charge for next day delivery is in addition to regular Delivery and Processing Charges, listed above. This service is not available for some oversized items, out of stock items, for items shipped directly from the manufacturer or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. Gift Card only orders will have an extra charge of $8.50 per address.
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
Items ordered over the Internet to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by our common carrier or Air Parcel Post and are subject to the same delivery charges described above, plus an additional $10. If you are interested in shipment by Parcel Post, please contact one of our Sales Representatives at 1.800.993.4923. We are now offering shipment of large furniture and oversized items to Maui, Oahu and the Island of Hawaii (there will be an additional surcharge of $350 per order). This surcharge is in addition to regular delivery charges, which are listed above. Certain heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping To United States From International Location
All international orders must have a ship-to destination outside of the United States. We cannot support customers with international billing addresses shipping to U.S. addresses.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:
Items showing this symbol are delivered by our White Glove Delivery service. With White Glove Delivery, items are brought into your home, most are unpacked and assembled*, and the packaging is removed. White Glove delivery is only available in the contiguous 48 states.
*: Exceptions include outdoor patio structures, marble or stone sink consoles, lighting, mirrors, rugs, headboards attached to a metal frame and any items requiring home installation. Please call Customer Service at 1.800.993.4923 for further delivery details.
Delivery is by appointment Tuesday - Saturday in all areas; Monday delivery in some areas. Service to outlying areas may be restricted based on geographic location. Our delivery service will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment timeframe.
Items marked as Quick Ship (QS) arrive at locations in most metropolitan areas** within 7 to 10 business days. For other areas, your Quick Ship furniture will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. There is no additional charge for Quick Ship delivery. This service is subject to product availability at time of shipping. Special Order upholstery items arrive in 6 to 8 weeks.
All non-upholstered items will arrive within 7 to 10 business days in most metropolitan areas.** For other areas, your furniture will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on availability.
