Tuna Salad with Walnuts

  • For a protein-packed lunch, try this simple tuna salad. Celery and walnuts add a fresh crunch to every bite.

This salad is perfect on its own, in a sandwich or
as a dip for pita chips.


  • 1 can tuna
  • 1–1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise (depending on preference)
  • 2 tbsp. dill
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 1/4 cups walnuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Drain tuna and empty into mixing bowl.

  • Chop dill, and dice the celery and walnuts.

  • Add tuna, dill, celery and walnuts to bowl; mix together.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
