Homemade White Hot Chocolate

  • Warm up for winter celebrations with this beautiful twist on traditional hot chocolate. For a festive touch that works well with this theme, sprinkle edible glitter over the whipped cream.


  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces white chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream


  • In a medium saucepan, heat the milk and vanilla on low until warm. Add white chocolate chips and increase heat to medium.

  • Stir occasionally until the chocolate chips are melted. Let the hot chocolate come to a simmer, but do not boil. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
