Bubbly Mango Lemonade
Add fresh mango, mint or a citrus-flavored water for a delightful twist on this refreshing drink.

- 3 cups mango juice
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8-10 large lemons)
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda (not mineral water)
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
Cut lemons in half.
Using a citrus juicer, squeeze the juice from each lemon.
Pour lemon and mango juices into pitcher.
Add honey or sugar and stir until dissolved. Sweeten to taste. If your lemons are very tart, you might need to add more honey or sugar.
Refrigerate covered for at least one hour.
Add soda water and give it a quick stir.
Add ice and serve.
