Bubbly Mango Lemonade

  • Add fresh mango, mint or a citrus-flavored water for a delightful twist on this refreshing drink.

Bubbly and light, this drink is the perfect refreshment for a baby shower.


  • 3 cups mango juice
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8-10 large lemons)
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda (not mineral water)
  • 1/4 cup sugar or honey


  • Cut lemons in half.

  • Using a citrus juicer, squeeze the juice from each lemon.

  • Pour lemon and mango juices into pitcher.

  • Add honey or sugar and stir until dissolved. Sweeten to taste. If your lemons are very tart, you might need to add more honey or sugar.

  • Refrigerate covered for at least one hour.

  • Add soda water and give it a quick stir.

  • Add ice and serve.
