General Guidelines of what items are ineligible for International Shipping

Please note: Our electrics CAN be shipped internationally, but they MUST be used with the correct outlet adapters and voltage converters for your area. Plugging our electrics into improper outlets (in excess of 110-120 volts) may result in fire and/or injury.

Please ensure all items in your order can be shipped to your destination country.

Return Policy

At Pottery Barn Kids, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, finish, and materials is our priority.

Pottery Barn Kids cannot accept returns or offer a refund on exchange on any of the following items:

Delivery fees are non-refundable. Prior purchases are not eligible for a price adjustment.

For returns of items purchased from your Pottery Barn Kids registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.
