Return Policy

To help you with holiday gift-giving, we are extending our return policy for gift items purchased between October 15, 2009 and December 24, 2009. If you or a recipient are dissatisfied with a gift item purchased during this time, it can be returned by January 31, 2010 for a refund of the merchandise value. For non-gift items, if you are dissatisfied for any reason within 30 days, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. For Quick Ship upholstery, if you are dissatisfied for any reason within 7 days, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.

At Pottery Barn Kids, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
