Gift Information

GIFT CARDS

Giving the gift they want is as easy as sending a Pottery Barn Kids Gift Card. Available in a range of denominations, from $25 to $250, the Gift Card will arrive in a special gift envelope that includes your personalized message.

You may purchase a Pottery Barn Kids Gift Card online or by calling 800.993.4923. There is no shipping and processing charge for Gift Cards if you select Standard Delivery (7-10 business days). If you wish, we can also ship the Gift Card via Rush Delivery for an additional $6.50 per order. Rush Delivery orders received by 12 noon (PST) Monday - Thursday will arrive in three business days; orders placed Friday - Sunday by 12 noon (PST) will arrive on the following Wednesday.

Gift Cards may be redeemed online, by phone, or at any of our Pottery Barn Kids stores. For added flexibility, Pottery Barn Kids gift cards are also redeemable at Pottery Barn, Threads, PBteen, Williams-Sonoma, Williams-Sonoma Home and West Elm stores, online and by phone.

GIFT WRAP

Let us put the finishing touch on a unique gift. Our exclusive blue-and-white gingham wrapping paper makes any present special. Packages are finished with ribbon, an envelope and card with your personal message - just $4.25 per gift. We apologize that not all items can be wrapped; please call for details.

SPECIAL NOTES ABOUT OUR GIFT WRAPPING

Each line item in your shopping basket will be gift wrapped separately. Multiple quantities on the same line will be wrapped together if possible. If you wish to have multiple quantities of the same item wrapped individually please create separate orders for each item by repeating the checkout process or call 800.993.4923 for further assistance.

We apologize that some larger items, and items sent directly from our vendors, cannot be gift wrapped. Gift messages can be included on the packing slip of any order at no extra charge. Please call 800.993.4923 for further assistance.

At Pottery Barn Kids, environmental initiatives are taking root at all levels - from simple efforts to be as paperless as possible on a daily basis to aggressively seeking ways to minimize packaging for shipping. We're also committed to finding ways to build quality furniture with sustainable manufacturing and business practices. We're proud of what we've achieved but recognize that there's much more to do. We feel a collective urgency - as individuals and as a company - to make strides toward a more ecologically responsible future. Our customers expect - and deserve - nothing less, and we promise to keep you informed of our progress going forward. Here's what we're doing now:

We print our catalogs entirely on Forest Stewardship Council certified paper. FSC certification ensures that the paper in our catalogs contains fiber from well managed and responsibly harvested forests that meet strict environmental and socioeconomic standards.

Our gift wrap, gift boxes and shipping cartons all contain up to 30% recycled post-consumer waste. Our paper shopping bags contain 15% recycled post-consumer waste.

This fall, the majority of our in-store informational materials (furniture collection cards, signage and more) will be printed on FSC certified paper.

Select bedding, towels and baby clothing have been approved by Oeko-Tex, the world's definitive ecological certification process, which tests fibers and threads to ensure that each product is healthy for you, healthy for those who produce it and healthy for the environment.
