Under the Sea Cookies

  • These sea–themed cookie treats are good to the gills! Whether you make your cookie canvases from scratch or use store–bought cookies like we did, a few simple decorating steps will make them almost too cute to eat.

This is a great way to incorporate extra Goldfish® Grahams from the party favors!

Ingredients

  • Vanilla frosting
  • Blue food coloring
  • Shortbread cookies (we used Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies)
  • White nonpareils or larger sprinkles
  • Graham crackers
  • Goldfish® Grahams

Preparation

  • Crush graham crackers to make "sand" crumbs and place in a bowl.

  • Tint vanilla frosting blue, then frost cookies.

  • While frosting is still wet, dip the frosted side of the cookie in crushed graham crackers to create "sand."

  • Finish with a Goldfish Graham and three nonpareil "bubbles"!
