Within 24 hours, your registry will be active and accessible by your friends and family. And once it's set up, your registry will stay active in our system for one year after your event date.

If you want to return or exchange gifts, an in-store associate will be happy to help you choose an alternate gift or issue a merchandise credit, redeemable at any Pottery Barn Kids, Threads, Pottery Barn, PBteen, Williams-Sonoma, Williams-Sonoma Home, or West Elm stores, online or by phone.
If your gift is a catalog/Internet only item, a merchandise credit will be mailed to you shortly after your visit. You may also return your packages by mail.
