A Halloween classic, our black cat tutu costume is made extra special by the multilayered tulle tutu. Its airy design twirls the way little girls love. The comfortable polyester tricot long-sleeved top has a pleated neck ruffle, and the ears on the headband are trimmed with faux fur. Set includes long-sleeved top, headband, and tutu.
