We've expanded our Quick Ship delivery to include additional zip codes, so that more people get their purchases even faster. STANDARD SHIPPING AND PROCESSING AND FAST 5-DAY DELIVERY

Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center via UPS to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. This shipping estimate also applies to monogrammed and gift-wrapped items. Select marked furniture items can also be shipped for fast 5-day delivery. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. If you'd like to track your order yourself, you can use our online order tracker at www.potterybarnkids.com/order. Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. See below for details on items sent directly from our suppliers and items shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Note on P.O. box deliveries: Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from our vendors cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.

RUSH SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 12 noon PST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within three business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday by 12 noon PST will arrive on the following Wednesday.) Please note that the charge for rush delivery is in addition to regular Delivery and Processing Charges, listed above. This rush service is not available for some oversized items, out of stock items, for items shipped directly from the manufacturer or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

IN-HOME DELIVERY

Items showing this symbol are delivered by our In-Home Delivery service. With In-Home Delivery, the item is brought into your home, unpacked and assembled, and packaging is removed. Delivery is by appointment, Monday - Saturday; our delivery service will call to arrange a day. In-Home Delivery is available in the contiguous 48 states, as well as Maui, Oahu, and the Island of Hawaii (there will be an additional surcharge of $350 per order for Hawaiian islands). For your convenience, we're proud to introduce a new two-hour appointment window on in-home deliveries in major metropolitan areas only. Plus we now have an expanded list of cities that qualify for our Quick Ship 7-10 day delivery (see below). (We're sorry, but only items marked with this symbol may be sent via In-Home Delivery.) Due to the special care involved, items shipped with our In-Home Delivery service may take longer than other items to arrive. Details on shipping times for these items may be found on the item's shipping information page.

QUICK SHIP DELIVERY

Furniture marked for quick ship delivery with a (QS) will arrive in the following major cities within 7 to 10 business days:

West Coast

East Coast

For other metropolitan areas, quick ship furniture arrives within 2 to 3 weeks. There is no additional charge for Quick Ship delivery.

DIRECT FROM PBK SUPPLIERS

Please note that purchases sent directly from our suppliers may take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Specific delivery times for these items can be found on the item's shipping information page.

DELIVERY AND PROCESSING SURCHARGES ($)

Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky, heavy, and may have limited availability, these items have a Delivery and Processing Surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular Delivery and Processing Charges, which are listed above.

BACK ORDERS

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES

Items ordered over the Internet to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by our common carrier or Air Parcel Post and are subject to the same delivery charges described above, plus an additional $10. If you are interested in shipment by Parcel Post, please contact one of our Sales Representatives at 1.800.993.4923. We are now offering shipment of large furniture and oversized items to Maui, Oahu and the Island of Hawaii (there will be an additional surcharge of $350 per order). This surcharge is in addition to regular delivery charges, which are listed above. Certain heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

International Shipping Information

Shipping To United States from International Location

All international orders must have a ship-to destination outside of the United States. We cannot support customers with international billing addresses shipping to U.S. addresses.
