- Quick Ship upholstery items may be returned within 7 days
- All other products may be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days
Pottery Barn Kids cannot accept returns or offer a refund on exchange on any of the following items:
- Custom made to order upholstery
- Monogrammed/personalized items
- Custom special order rugs
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, which are identified by a price ending in .99 or .97
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
Delivery fees are non-refundable. Prior purchases are not eligible for a price adjustment.
For returns of items purchased from your Pottery Barn Kids registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.
