How to Order
FOR UNITED STATES, US TERRITORIES AND APO/FPO
It's easy to place your order online. Once you've added items to your Shopping Cart, you'll follow a few simple steps to complete your order:
- Double check and review the items in your Shopping Cart
- Fill out your shipping and billing information
- Confirm and place your order using your credit card
- Print out your order confirmation number
Saving Items in Your Shopping Cart
We make it easy to come back to the items you're thinking about ordering. Simply log into your Pottery Barn Kids account, start browsing, and once you see items you may want to purchase, just add them to your Shopping Cart. Items you save in your Shopping Cart will remain there for 30 days if you do not complete your purchase immediately. This allows you to think about items and come back to them at a later date. Access your saved shopping cart on any computer by logging back into your account within 30 days.
Placing Your Order
You will have a chance to review and verify the information you have entered during checkout and, if no changes are necessary, you can proceed to "Place Your Order." Within approximately 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your order credit card has been charged and your order has shipped, we will notify you by email.
Placing an Order by Phone
To place your order by phone, please contact one of our Care Center Associates at 1.800.993.4923, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Placing an Order with Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can place several orders for multiple recipients in just one transaction! For each item you place in your Shopping Cart, you'll be asked to name the recipient. You can also purchase items from our Wedding and Gift Registry at this time. At checkout, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address for each recipient. If you have a Pottery Barn Kids account, you can save the recipients' addresses to expedite future purchases.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Placing International Orders
Choose the international shipping destination and preferred currency on our website by clicking the flag on the top right corner of any page. All Pottery Barn Kids.com prices will be automatically converted to your chosen currency.
You can continue to shop Pottery Barn Kids.com once you choose the shipping destination and currency. When you proceed to checkout, your secure transaction will be completed with our global provider, FiftyOne. FiftyOne will calculate and display a guaranteed order total amount, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
Once you've made your purchase, Pottery Barn Kids.com will ship your item(s) to the FiftyOne shipping hub in the United States. FiftyOne will then ship your order to its final international destination.
You may ship to a specific country and pay with a different country's currency. For example, you may select "Australia" as your shipping destination, but select "USD" as your preferred currency. If you don't see your country listed, we are currently not shipping to that destination.
If you have an U.S. billing address and are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please proceed through the domestic checkout process.
Please note: All international orders must have a ship-to destination outside of the United States. We cannot support customers with international billing addresses shipping to U.S. addresses.
Placing an International Order with Multiple Shipping Addresses
For international orders, we can only support one shipping destination per order. Please place a separate order for each international shipping address.
At Pottery Barn Kids, we update exchange rates on a daily basis. Please be aware that prices on our website may change due to these adjustments. Once you proceed to FiftyOne's Checkout, FiftyOne will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to your selected international destination, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
Duty, Taxes, Customs Tariffs and Value-Added Taxes (VAT)
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. International taxes, tariffs and value-added taxes (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout.
Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that FiftyOne supports. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by FiftyOne during checkout.
We only accept Visa or MasterCard for international orders. Your credit card will be billed by FiftyOne when your package is shipped to its final international destination. "51*Pottery Barn Kids" will appear on your credit card statement. Pottery Barn Kids Gift Cards are not accepted for international purchases.
Promotional Codes and Special Shipping Offers
