Terms and Conditions Pottery Barn Rebate and Rewards Programs

The Pottery Barn Rebate and Rewards Programs are provided by Williams-Sonoma, Inc., which is solely responsible for the Program operation. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms or discontinue the programs at any time without any notice. For the purposes of the Pottery Barn Rebate and Rewards Programs, Pottery Barn Credit Card includes the Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Credit Cards. Pottery Barn brands include Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Bed + Bath, Pottery Barn Kids and PBteen.

Rebate and Rewards Certificates are only redeemable for merchandise at any Pottery Barn brand catalog, store or website. Certificates cannot be combined with any non-sale related promotional offer, credited to an account, redeemed for cash, applied to past purchases or used to purchase Gift Cards. If the purchase total is more than the value of the Certificate, the difference must be applied to the Pottery Barn or Pottery Barn Kids Credit Card which must be in good standing and/or not more than two payments past due at the time certificates are redeemed or certificate can not be redeemed for more than its value. Certificate is valid for one use only. If the purchase total is less than the value of the Certificate, the difference cannot be credited to any account, redeemed for cash/merchandise credit or used to purchase Gift Cards. In the stores, Certificates must be surrendered at the time of purchase. Use the Code printed on the Certificate when redeeming it online or through a catalog. No additional Certificates will be issued after program termination. Lost or stolen Certificates will not be replaced. Certificate credit may appear on your monthly billing statement before your charge for your purchased product(s) due to timing differences between the product shipment dates, when the card is charged, and billing cycle dates. Certificates may not be sold or otherwise bartered or transferred.

Pottery Barn Rebate Program
The Pottery Barn Rebate Program is automatically available to new Pottery Barn Credit Card customers (excluding employees of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and its subsidiaries). You will earn a Rebate Certificate that is valued at 5% of all of your purchases (net of returns and credits) made with your Pottery Barn Credit Card through a Pottery Barn brand website or catalog or in a Pottery Barn store within the first 30 days (the "Rebate Period") of opening a new Pottery Barn Credit Card Account. The day that you are approved for the Pottery Barn Credit Card is the first day of the Rebate Period whether or not you make a purchase that day. To qualify for a Rebate Certificate, you must spend a minimum of $100.00 during the Rebate Period. Orders placed and processed during the Rebate Period but not shipped before expiration of the Rebate Period will be included in the valuation. Orders placed but not processed during the Rebate Period may not be included in the Rebate Certificate calculation.

Your Rebate Certificate will be sent to you within 4 - 8 weeks after the expiration of your Rebate Period. Rebate Certificates must be used within 30 days of the date of issuance.

Pottery Barn Rewards Program
You will receive one point for every dollar spent with your Pottery Barn or Pottery Barn Kids Credit Card at any Pottery Barn or Pottery Barn Kids store, catalog (including PBteen catalog) or online at potterybarn.com, potterybarnkids.com or pbteen.com. Points are awarded on all of your purchases (net of returns and credits) made at any Pottery Barn brand catalog, store or website. Points are awarded on catalog and website purchases at the time of shipment/billing. Monthly point activity is detailed on your monthly billing statement.

You must accumulate a minimum of 250 points in the program cycle to receive a Rewards Certificate. The current cycle runs from January 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008. If you accumulate 250 - 499 points during the program cycle, you will receive a $10 Rewards Certificate. If you accumulate 500 to 749 points during the program cycle, you will receive a $25 Rewards Certificate. If you accumulate 750 points or more during the program cycle, you will receive a $50 Rewards Certificate.

Rewards Certificates will be awarded based on your point balance at the close of business on June 30, 2008. Your account must be open, in good standing and not more than two payments past due at the time the Rewards Certificates are issued. If you have accumulated enough points to earn a Rewards Certificate then your Rewards Certificate will be issued to you as part of your January and February 2008 statement. Rewards Certificates must be used within four months of the date of issuance.
